Only services booked online are guaranteed to be performed. Customer is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Service price online and to pay the remaining balance on day of service or pay the full amount upfront. Customer will not forfeit deposit if she reschedules online more than 24 hours before her appointment starts. Reschedules under 24 hours will forfeit the 30% deposit, and no shows without reschedules will be charged an additional 20% fee. We appreciate your business and are happy to be of service to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
To the extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Stylist and the salon from and against any and all loses, claims, liabilities, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, which the stylist or salon may suffer or incur in connection with the customers visit, use or misuse of the premises, except the stylists act or negligence. The customer expressly releases the salon and its agents from any and all liability for loss or damage to clients Hair and property on any part of the premises arising out of any cause whatsoever except due to the stylist or salon's negligence.
